Parenting is one of the most challenging and important jobs on the planet, and it has often been said that this job doesn’t come with an instruction manual! Whether it’s a teenager or an adult child, the responsibility of managing parenting combined with trying to manage the other aspects of our lives can be extremely challenging. This retreat is designed to provide you and your daughter or son with direction, tools for self-care, and creative solutions that will enhance family relationships.

Our integrative approach to the mother-daughter/son retreat is designed for highly motivated families ready to make a lasting change. You will be provided with the information, support, and tools needed to resolve chronic issues within the family. In addition to coaching, your retreat may include stress management, nutrition education, relaxation, and energy healing, etc., based on assessed needs.

Learn positive communication skills that support loving and harmonious relationships. Reconnect, bond, and create new understandings. We will help you to work toward common goals while maintaining both autonomy and connection. You’ll learn how to deal with challenging relationship issues in a private, relaxing retreat setting. The nighttime accommodations for this retreat include the option of the beautiful Cashel Mara in Avon By the Sea, NJ, Mountain Meadows B & B in New Paltz, New York, Above The Books in Woodstock NY, or other locations where you can enjoy your retreat services in total privacy. Location is dependent upon time of year and availability. Price includes breakfast daily. All locations offer private rooms and private baths. Gratuity for Bed & Breakfast not included.
