After any healing session you will go through a period of integration and re-balancing. During this time you will notice yourself making shifts and experiencing increased insights, etc., as the healing energy continues to integrate.   Everyone’s experience is unique.  It is important to engage in good self-care during this time to assist with the healing process.


  • Keep a light schedule directly after your session
  • Avoid stressful situations & crowds immediately after session
  • Support healing process by spending time in nature each day
  • Take gentle walks, stretch and do breathing exercises
  • Drink plenty of pure water
  • Listen to gentle music that you love
  • Avoid negative & violent media especially during first 24 hours.
  • Give yourself time to safely release emotions
  • Using a journal is good way to keep track of your progress and to help sort out feelings that may come up
  • Remember that healing is a process.  Be gentle and compassionate with yourself!
