Why Do People Take Retreats?

Why Do People Take Retreats?

Here are the common themes that have emerged from people who have taken retreats with us over the last 17 years:

I have a great life, but I still feel like something is missing.

I need some “me” time so that I can look at where I’ve been, and determine where I’d like to go.

I feel disconnected from my spirit.  How can I start to feel more like myself again?

I need to learn to trust.

I don’t know how to forgive myself or someone else.

I tend to over-do, or try to control things and I’m tired.

I want to learn to tap into and hear my inner wisdom.

I’m having difficulty communicating with others.

I don’t feel understood or heard.  Sometimes I feel I don’t belong.

Can you help me heal my relationship?

I don’t have the self-esteem or confidence to pursue my dreams.  I’m not sure what my life purpose is.

I have tried counseling and self-help books and I still feel stuck.

I am experiencing a health challenge, and need some support and healing.

I want to clear the things that are keeping me from becoming the highest version of myself.

If one of these themes resonates with you, and you are looking for a break-through healing experience, please contact us to talk about how we can work together.
