Create a healing intention for your session. You can intend for healing to occur on any level: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual or all of these.
Make sure that you have sufficient uninterrupted time to receive your session.
Create a healing environment if you are receiving a distance healing. A healing environment can be any place you feel safe and comfortable enough to lie down or sit, to relax. You may want to dim lights, play soothing music, say a prayer or write down your healing intentions prior to your session.
After the session, rest for as long as needed and drink plenty of pure water to flush toxins from the body.
