This depends on the nature of the problem and what you wish to achieve. Sometimes one treatment is enough, but in other cases several treatments may be necessary to achieve the best results. This is usually the case if you have a chronic problem. Also if you have several issues that you require help with, more sessions will be needed, as there is only so much we can attain in one session.
You may just want a session because you are feeling off balance or really need to relax, or you may feel that you need regular sessions as part of your ongoing journey of personal growth. Healing on an energetic level can be likened to peeling the layers of the onion. Over a period of time, and layer by layer, we clear more issues while learning new and healthy ways to live in the world. There is a cumulative effect of using Intuitive Energy Healing on a regular basis.
